Are you sure? The Action Center looks like a new message icon on an old HTC phone with Android 2.3. See my screenshot below. its the icon with the 1 on it.

I highly doubt you don't have it, Action Center is built-in to Windows 10.

If you have a PC with tablet capabilities, you can open the Action Center in the bottom right corner of the Windows taskbar and select Tablet Mode if it is on. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/hb2jck

Computer does not have an "Action Center" in the lower right-hand corner, or anywhere else that I can see. (Older "HP Media Center PC", upgraded last year to Windows 10). Also, computer has locked up several times since this new Firefox version was installed. Only way to correct it is to turn it off, and start it all over again. Absolutely sick of Firefox....

After hours of dealing with this mess, finally found it, unchecked the "Tablet" box, and restarted computer. Seems to have resolved the issue. thank you for your assistance.
