Yes it is! You can either download it from the Mint software store (which may not have Firefox Quantum just yet) or you can download it directly from Mozilla, now, today, from here.

Firefox Quantum is twice as slow as Chrome. :\ I play Forge of Empires on Linux Mint, which stopped working after the latest Chrome+Flash update.

So now am playing it in Firefox and it's a terrible experience. Fortunately FoE is switching to HTML5 first half of this year so I'll be able to go back to Chrome before long.
