Hi  !

First of all : would you please remove your phone number  ? This is a public forum, and you don't want anybody calling you, do you  ? Besides : we don't provide support by phone : most of us contributors are volunteers, from different places on this planet - we'd have to pay for those phone calls out of our own pocket ......

You could also remove your email address, if you don't want just anybody emailing you.

As for your question :

When you go to :

3-bar menu (or 'Tools') => Add-ons => Extensions You should see the add-ons that you have installed there.

Or (even faster) : Type in the address bar about:addons

Do you see them listed there  ?

According to your system details you only have two :

Cisco WebEx Extension 1.0.12 and Grammarly for Firefox 8.796.1221

I also explained how to check which extensions (add-ons) you have
installed .......

Again: thank you so much for your faster reply.

I know how to check the currently installed Add-ins.

But I am not asking for "how to check the current add-ins", I am asking for "how to check what and all the add-ins I had installed before creating the new profile (i have synced the data to my email but it's not reflecting now). can you help?
