I log into xfinity without a problem. I go to my watched movies and shows. I click to see the episodes. I see the episodes. I click on the one I want to watch. Up comes the usual screen that shows it's loading, but it never loads. And I can't stop it from trying. Have to close the browser window. It is not a problem on Chrome. I called Comcast support. They excalated me all the way to level three. That guy said, because it worked on Chrome after flash updated, that the problem was that flash wasn't updating automatically, but I have the latest version of Firefox.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Ghostery, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.

  • make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version

By your info sent it seems that there is a newer version of you Graghics drivers available https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600 Please note that Windows 10 can and will change drivers to Microsoft ones. https://www.howtogeek.com/263851/how-to-prevent-windows-from-automatically-updating-specific-drivers/ Video card driver updates are a must and would say that with this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration Try No Acceleration also.

Possible Ublock Origin is blocking your connection......

Just in case please still issues with Flash. Please use Adobe Flash Uninstaller https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Then get a new Flash : https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Are you sure that Flash is being used to watch your videos and not the browser using HTML5 ? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-video-audio-problems-firefox-windows
