Open H264 & Widevine content plugins will install shortly, but aren't

Just upgraded to Firefox 64-bit per Mozilla instructions. Uninstalled Firefox 32-bit. Tools->Add-ons indicates the OpenH264 and Widevine Content add-ons "will install shortly". But, they don't. Using Norton Internet Security anti-virus.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Chosen solution

Just found the solution. Used "Open Menu" in upper right corner of browser. Selected "Add-ons". Selected the little gear at the top of that window and then selected "check for updates". Fixed now.....
