why when i get firefox confirmation email, it reads confirm firefox on windows 8, even though im running windows 10?

IVE TRYED SEVERAL TYMES, DIFFERENT WAYS. THE ONE I USE MOST IS GET ON INTERNET EXPLORER TYPE IN FIREFOX, GO TO "OFFICIAL PAGE", CLICK ON "FIREFOX FOR WINDOWS" THEN "CLICK TO DOWNLOAD FIREFOX".
