some pages (ebay) disappear after 5 seconds and an empty page apears
after I've found an ebay page the page disappears and new (empty) page came up. pressing back button, the original page came back but the same procedure happens again. Internet Explorer is working fine. Example: http://www.ebay.de/itm/Ausenleuchte-Ausenwandlampe-Standlampe-Ausenleuchte-Garten-LED-E27-Edelstahl-232-/351598744333?var=&hash=item51dceb130d:m:muHnEFyJXgrnoy2DGoGB8FQ

I tried your link but had no problem.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
Thank you - it doesn't solve the problem. I use Windows 10 and tried "about:support". I started with "Restart with Add-ons disabled" and the problem was not there. Starting normal again, the problem occurs again. On the page "about:support" I can not find the "Refresh button".
What could the next step be? Thanks in advance.
It could be the work of one of your add-ons. Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac=<Command>)<Shift> A)
In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Disable a few add-ons, then Restart Firefox.
Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
If the problem continues, disable some more (restarting FF). Continue until the problem is gone. After, you know what group is causing the issue. Re-enable the last group ONE AT A TIME (restarting FF) until the problem returns.
Once you think you found the problem, disable that and re-enable all the others, then restart again. Let us know who the suspect is, detective.
Refresh Firefox {web link} is a LAST RESORT ! !
Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
If you're having problems with Firefox, refreshing it can help. The refresh feature fixes many issues by restoring Firefox to its default state while saving your essential information like bookmarks, passwords, and open tabs.
First of all - many thanks. I did all steps you described by disable and re-enable add-ons and found out, that the "VideoDownloadConverter" was the reason for the described topic. Now it's disabled and everything is working fine.
THANKS!
