Why can't I delete the web sites listed in the URL drop down box?

I use the url drop down box to find frequently visited sites.

Can I delete sites, or add ones I want?

It seems there is no user control.

When a list shows up, use the Arrow Keys to highlight an entry, then press Delete.

That's a good, and kind of funny response, since I've been trying to use just the mouse.

How about adding URL's? I tried the 'insert' key and nothing seemed to happen.

That may happen over time. I don't know how to add them. But that is what the Bookmark Toolbar is for.
