How do I find the History dropdown menu?

I'm unable to download a credit card statement (one that has downloaded successfully for several years) and their support suggested that I select the History menu in Firefox and clear recent history. But I can't find this menu. Where is it?

Hit the Alt to display the Menu Bar at the top of Firefox.

Note that you can also find a History button in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list. You can drag this button to the Navigation Toolbar if you want to access the History easily.
