You can create these integer prefs to adjust the cursor appearance.

  • ui.caretWidth (i)
  • ui.caretBlinkTime (milliseconds;use 0 to disable blink)

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
