How do I get rid of the firefoxPatch.exe which downloaded itself into my download file by just poping up on my windown while on Firefox?
I want to remove the firefoxPatch.exe file which automatically downloaded when a warning appeared making the web page I was looking at disappear. It automatically downloaded the file which says it's from oolulopowereldvastgoed.net

DO NOT ACCESS THAT FILE ! ! Malware ! !
You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
If you saved the fake firefoxpatch.exe to disk, Do Not run this .exe as it will infect your Windows potentially with the nasty CryptoLocker trojan.
It is not a Firefox update.
