I recently upgraded to Firefox 42 on two different computers (Dell Optiplex 9020, and Surface Pro 3). The visual appearance on the two platforms is distinctly different. How can this be?

(FWIW I also noticed something very similar in the Office Development Environment, so I suspect it may be something buried deep within Windows)

Thaks for any feedback and ideas!
