My ISP is Centurylink.net but why when I click the sign-in button it goes into a loop; it works well on internet explorer.?

My default browser is Centurylink.net. When I open the browser everything looks right but when I click the "sign-in" button it redirects into an "infinite loop" instead of signing in. If I use Internet Explorer instead of Firefox this does not happen. This is a new computer, using Windows 10. I do not have this problem with my other computers, using Windows Vista and Windows XP. What's wrong? What's the fix?

It appears that the problem is resolved. I found literally dozens of cookies by Century Link on the computer. I deleted all of them and i was able to access the website with no problems. Thanks for your help.

Use this link to check that your plugins are up-to-date. If any are listed as unknown or research, do not worry about them.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Tried Safe Mode. Problem is still there.. Any other suggestions?
