Firefox Downloads are Failing and Timing out...

Hi... Hoping I can get some help.

For the last couple of days any time I try to download something in Firefox the download just sits there and says "unknown time remaining" until eventually it fails. If it DOES manage to download, the file size is listed as 0 bytes and won't load. Not always, but around 90% of the time.

I have reset my firefox browser, and the same thing is still happening.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Ari x

EDIT: I restarted my OS after the Firefox reset and .... suddenly... it seems to have solved everything.... @.@ If any more issues crop up I'll re-edit.

Note that such issues can be caused by a problem with security software (firewall, Anti-Virus software), so make sure that you always verify that the current Firefox release is allowed and in doubt remove present rule for Firefox and let your security software ask again for permission.
