Firefox does not have built-in parental controls. You could look for an add-on, or maybe try Microsoft Family Safety, which is part of Windows 10.

See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/set-up-family-after-upgrade

To allow Firefox to access the internet with Family Safety, you probably need to take an extra step of importing a certificate as described in this thread: Firefox has problems with security certificates for yahoo and google when my son logs in as a child under a family account in windows 10.

This product doesn't list Windows 10 compatibility so I don't know whether it is an option for you: http://www1.k9webprotection.com/
