explorer keeps bumping firfox out, will not accept it

everytime I sign on i get explorer for my browser I can go into files & get firefox but say when I open an e-mail & close it out, the next time explorer comes & I have to go through my files again to get foxfire. how do I get rid of this???

Hi

It may be the case that Firefox has not been set as the default browser in Windows 10. I recommend having a read of this article that may help you.

After I set it as my browseer it worked for awhile but today it's being bumped again. This is a real pain in the neck. anything else that can help?

Open Windows Internet Explorer. Have it declared as the default browser. But turn off the option to check this when the browser opens (If you want).

Now do the same thing using Firefox.
