This is a support forum for Firefox. You will have to contact your e-mail provider for help.

Please try enabling popups for your email provider's website. For information on doing this, please read the Pop-up blocker settings, exceptions and troubleshooting article on the Mozilla Support website.

If this does not solve the issue, please consider contacting your email service provider.

Might be able to provide some help if we knew which webmail service you are using. Maybe one of our support contributors uses the same webmail service and can help you.
