Foxfire crashes at least every other day; and I get popkups from everywhere. 82, don't understand what to look for.
Have had my Trend Micro service check the computer (Acer Aspire All-in-one; 2 months old, replaced lousy keyboard twice going to buy new one). Pop Ups: If for instance I type in my newspaper to read, often new tabs will open with things I have never heard of...I have to close them all and then try again. At times it take 3 tries to get my paper read.
Sometimes when I go back to my emails or desktop I will see where Firefox has crashed.
Don't know why, how to fix, or if both are the same issue. Neysa Johnson

Sounds like you are having more than just Firefox problems but you can try a couple things. Also a word of advice. Those retail service techs are expensive and useless. Find a friend who is trustworthy instead.
(try this first)
- Click the menu button
, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the "Clear Now" button.

There are many great techs out there. Use a major outlet for service.
