Where can I find offline installations for Firefox? Please don't say "https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/" like the previous 20 or so answers to this question. It simply doesn't work. All you get are Stub installers with no option to download only. I have gone as far as completely trying this and the only thing that I could achieve was to upgrade Firefox on the download computer. Why has this Full install thing been a never ending issue with Mozilla? Is it so hard to list these as well as the Installer version? Many people don't like installers.

Chosen solution

The full offline setups for Windows is back on www.mozilla.org/firefox/all as it was not intentional to have stubs listed there as it was a unintended change due to doing something else.

I *think* "Firefox Setup 36.0.4.exe" is a full offline installer:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest/win32/en-US/

FredMcD, please read again as the OP posted that same link (only difference is you have en-US in url) and the Languages page has the stub version for Windows links now.

The https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ page was up till today or so, a page you could download the full offline setup for Windows. Now it appears they changed it so it has links for the stubs in each locale.

A link to cdn would be better. http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest/win32/

Note that Firefox 37 will be released today if everything is according to plans, so you may want to wait for that version be be released. Note that you can copy the link to the clipboard and change firefox-stub in the link to firefox-latest to get the latest release or specify the version that you are looking for.

Thank you to all that replied. Several of the links were usable. I mostly hope that someone sees this that can effect change to make this easier to find in the future. I know that each time I try to find these installers, it gets more and more difficult to find.
