how do I get to firefox-view
The font on my incoming mail (gmail) is so tiny, I can barely read it. Someone said it was the browsers fault and to correct it at firefox-view, but I have no idea where this firefox-view is

I don't think who you talked to knows as much as they think. They should have said Options.
Type about:preferences#content<enter> in the address bar. Across from fonts and colors, press the Advanced button. On the bottom, turn on Allow Web Sites To Choose Their Own.
Your zoom controls.
