aol email
My email worked just fine this morning, now I can't get into it from Firefox. I get this message:
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
I can get into it with google just fine. I would really like to get this fixed so i can continue to use Firefox. I'm not exactly a fan of google but you go with what works. I am having this issue on a desktop that has XP and a laptop that has Windows7.

Hi barbybyrd, as a aol user I understand being logged out and having a redirect message after updating a software can be frustrating. If this is still happening I could not find a reported bug, however I would be happy to open an investigation in webcompat.com if this is still happening.

I just checked my aol and it did not have any issues. Is it still happening today?
Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:
- Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.
OR
- Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows and Linux)
- Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)
Let us know if this solves the issues you are having.
Why is it every time you guys have an update I can't sign into my AOL e-mail? Don't have this problem with google. Will be switching if this can't be fixed. Is it too much to ask that you have the bugs worked out before you release it. This has happened the with the last 2 updates. Signed an unhappy firefox user that is thinking of dropping youi.
