Why is Firefox 34.0 freezing?

After Firefox updated to 34.0, it suddenly started freezing up at inopportune times. Not always at the same point, nor at the same web site. I tried Google Chrome on the same sites Firefox would freeze and Chrome worked perfectly as did Internet Explorer 11. I also noted that it would only scroll part way then freeze, then scroll a bit more then freeze, so badly I could not view the page at http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2875544/How-escape-Alcatraz-Researchers-reveal-1962-escapees-presumed-dead-freedom.html. I tried this same page on Chrome and it worked perfectly. I did not have this problem prior to the latest update. Please also note that Firefox 34.0 may work fine for a day or so then start the freezing again. I tried Safe mode and could not get the freeze problem to duplicate. But like I said, sometimes it works fine then others not. I will try to remember to run Problem Step Recorder the next time it starts freezing. I also installed Troubleshooter as per below. I just tried the above page link and recorded it with Problem Step Recorder. It froze up loading but then started working again. Previously, it would show a Not Repsonding message in the top bar of Firefox. It did not this time.

You are still not paying attention. It says; Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit. I looked at the snip you posted. The first line is; bp-4ea4b21e-28b0-4cd5-9515-96f272141217 You see the BP in front of the numbers? Many of the other reports do not.

Thank you again for your assistance. I do appreciate all your time and effort in helping me resolve this problem, and I assure you I am paying attention.

I will contact Comodo regarding the .dll file and advise their response and I will follow your instructions regarding Adobe.

Don't forget to submit all the crash reports you have.

Done. Also, support request made to Comodo in re:guard32.dll.

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

When I click on a report that does not have bp in front of it, I am directed to a Mozilla Crash Reports page that states Page not Found. The only report that did not return a Page not Found message was ID: 843dae1a-5202-4f9c-804b-d65622141219. After I clicked on it, it changed to have a bp in front of it.

When I click on a report that does not have bp in front of it I am not given a SUBMIT option either on the about:crashes page or on the Mozilla Crash Reports page.

Very odd. Please post the BP crashes you have.

I see that ATI has an updated graphics suite for my adapter. I'll install it tonight and see if it helps.

I downloaded and installed updated (12-09-2014) graphics drivers. Re-started Firefox and it promptly froze up for about 10 seconds. I don't know what else I can do. I have put forth a lot of time and effort as have the support team and it seems to be fruitless. I opened Chrome to see if it was affected but it seems to zip along without a hitch as does IE.

Have you heard from COMODO Internet Security ?

If not, disable the program and re-start the computer.

Windows > Start > search bar > msconfig Select Startup.

No, I have not heard from Comodo. I send a second request this a.m. I am considering removing or disabling Comodo and using another product for testing. When/if I do I will post the results.
