how do I get rid of im translator?
Damn thing pops up at awkward times & I don't need it. I use chrome for translations

Could it be an add-on? You can check using either:
- Command+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then look for anything that seems related and either disable or remove it.
Often a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
