trying to use an Optionrobot to invest. Why can't I receive signals

I started using a software program called " optionbot2.net" since I downloaded it, the page opens just fine and everything works except for the signals. The chart works, the ticker tape works, but the part that receives the signals telling me when to trade does not work. Is this a safety adblocker or malware blocker from Firefox causing this? or some other problem?

Any help you can provide would certainly be appreciated. Sincerely, biomac121

How is that related to Firefox support?

Doesn't the developer of the "optionbot2" program provide support?

I had tech support from optionbot on line using teamviewer, he tried everything he knew to get the software running properly. I just thought maybe Firefox support might know what might be blocking the " signals " from showing? If not, I will try some other venue. Thank you for your response anyway. Sincerely, biomac121

Firefox is a web browser, not an internet filter. Unless your program has a web interface, there is no way Firefox will block it.
