Hello,

Did you open a PDF file in the email? If so, assuming you are in the Firefox Viewer:

  • At the top right of the PDF Viewer interface, there should be a [>>] (if you hover your mouse over it, the tooltip should say "Tools"), click on it.
  • In this menu you should see buttons that allow you to rotate the document.

If you have documents opening in Adobe Acrobat:

  • View > Rotate View > Clockwise/Counterclockwise
