Firefox 31 locked my tabs, cannot shift around or pull to free window?

The question says it all. After I upgraded I noticed my Win 7 Laptop tabs in Firefox (and apparently IE) were locked.

I THINK it was liked to the FF update, but it could be a registry setting or something else.

I rest the browser and disabled all the plug-ins in safe mode etc, nothing worked.

Any help would be appreciated.

Chosen solution

Apparently is was a system issue.

I had to reboot and that did fix the issue.

This issue affected IE, FF and the desktop.
