No version of Firefox for any OS from mozilla.org comes with any Plugins including the Flash Plugin made by Adobe.
Due to Flash (on Windows) being problematic since Adobe released 11.3, Mozilla has been looking into making Shumway. However it still has a ways to go.

Also since you mentioned testing Nightly builds, I do hope you are not sharing the same Profile between Fx 30.0 and the 33.0a1 Nightly channel builds.

@ James
Thank you for your answer. I love Firefox both normal and Nightly builds and it is by far my favorite browser even tho I´m far from being any kind of advanced user. I just have a lot of problems with flash, and it kinda makes me angry to see constantly that little bar that says flash has crashed, especially on Facebook and Youtube. I interchange between Nightly and Firefox depending how long does Ghostery work, because it has a habit of somewhat dying on both builds after some time. If that was not the case, I would be using Nightly builds all the time. Also the flash player dies mostly on Mozilla, and much less on other browsers. I´m really glad tho something is being done on replacing it. :)
