The complete message is as follows: Unable to find Plumtree EDK.Net Web controls 3.1 Postback script library. Please install by running the EDK.Net Web controls 3.1 installer on the image server." It also recommends that I update Mozilla. This message occurs only when I try to access my banking site.

According to that thread, it's an error on the server side.
