Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
You can use one of these to set which toolbars to show.
- Firefox menu button > Customize > Show/Hide Toolbars
- View > Toolbars (press F10 to show the Menu bar)
- Right-click empty toolbar area

Move your mouse to the top of the Firefox window, then right click. You will see a menu of the available toolbars. Select Customize. As you look, you will se two windows. At the bottom of the right window is Show / Hide Toolbars.
fred,
hi and thanks. the only item checked is menu bar.....
which is the one i want. there is nothing else to uncheck. what i'm wanting to remove is the two bar spaces that show my web location. i'd really like to move my location up to the menu bar.....which i have also not been able to do.
i use to have what i wanted....just one menu bar across the top and nothing else except web page; then some how the location bar showed up.
best regards, don
Many of us are using Classic Theme Restorer (Customize Australis) {web link} Restore squared tabs, appmenu, add-ons bar, small button view and more on Australis UI (Windows/MacOSX/Linux + Fx 29+).
This may get the options you want restored.

i downloaded your provided link. then i went to add-ons clicked classic theme restorer - options clicked- hide navagation toolbar and hide urlbars stop & reload buttons click ok
and this helps. however there is still just a small box under the menu bar that list/states the web sit i'm currently at. this is much better.
thanks again, don
Ahh ! ! You are talking about the address box, Yes?
Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.
fred,
yes, however was able to get rid on most all of what was bothersome. now just that one small box under the menu bar. would still like to eliminate/delete this item; however is much better.
thanks for the additional link and all your time. don

fred and cor-el, uploaded image. hopefully you can see the box with 'how to delete location bar on fi...' that's the horizontal bar i'd like to be rid of. i feel like i'm almost there. thanks for all your help. don
Ahh . . That's the Tab bar. I think the only way is to Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.
hi again fred,
thanks and will do. don
