What will happen to browser events(ctrl+v,ctrl+c) if I resize the browser window ?

I am new to this forum. I am not sure whether I can ask this question here or not. If I am wrong please forgive me. I am using windows 7 and firefox v-29. I am facing an eventing issue with my current project in firefox. When I resize the browser, the issue is working fine.

I am using HTML 5 and I have created a dynamic div using jQuery with "contenteditable = 'true'". If I try to paste a copied image content using ctrl+v it is not working fine for the first time, If i resize the browser window it is start pasting(working fine). I would like to know Is firefox doing anything to browser events or not ?

If my question is wrong or irrelevant to this forum. At-least please provide me information on what you are doing with eventing while resize the window ?

I also stared the firefox in safe mode. Still same issue.
