I'm attaching a file with the companies logo and the social media and inserted hiperlinks but all seems to be fine until I send a message which it says that could send message because of the attachments/hyperlink

Try as ".htm" file instead of ".html"

Thunderbird
- Rightclick on your email id in the left side panel > Choose "Settings"
- Now it takes to "Account Settings" > there you need to add your signature
Note: Signature must be in HTML format.
