Why is Firefox hiding my Windows taskbar all of a sudden?

You can check for problems caused by a corrupted localstore.rdf file.

You can also check the setting for the Windows Task bar via the right-click context menu.

Are you in full screen? Hit F11

Others have reported a similar problem. Does anything in this thread help: how do i keep date box on at all times.
