I cannot log in to my Firefox account. I have tried entering my email address and password, but I am unable to sign in. I also tried resetting my password, but the problem still exists.

Looks like you're dealing with a Mozilla account issue. We have direct one-to-one support for Mozilla accounts (which is different from a peer-to-peer support forum like this one).

Firefox Accounts has been renamed as Mozilla Accounts since November 1, 2023. Also unless this is a different Mozilla Account, you are logged into a Mozilla Account to post this thread.
