I cannot log in to my account and I was told they sent me an email twice, that will allow me to log in but I have never received either of the emails. How can I log in to Firefox with my account? I do not remember my password.

I'm pretty sure your support account uses a different login than your Firefox (Sync) account.

Are you having a problem with Firefox Sync? Or a different problem?
