Try here for the August 2021 ESR release:

https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/78.13.0esr/mac/en-US/

If you don't want U.S. English, click the .. link above the two file names and click into the correct language/locale code folder. That folder name usually will match the code in the URL while you are using this site.

I think most Mac users download the .dmg file. More info in this article: How to download and install Firefox on Mac.
