Try turning off AVG's email scanner and see if that helps.

I have Ad-Aware, AVG and Spybot on the desktop and the laptop. Both computers have the same programs.

I had 195 E-mail in the inbox and I clear out 140 E-mail's. He is working normal now. If I have my Laptop back, my girl-friend use it now, I have to check a few things.
