I do not have problem accessing other website but Verizon. It has already rolling on 3rd day that I am having problem with. It says " Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.verizon.com.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

When I called Verizon told me, to best of there knowledge they do not have any issue with there website.

LAST RESORT ! ! Reset Firefox

Create a list of your add-ons so you can restore them after. You will have to manually redo some of your own settings.

If clearing cookies didn't help then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies got corrupted.

  • Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
