When I printer from the internet the size is 1 1/2" X 4" Full page. Using Window 7

I am using window 7 & firefox. When I print from my computer it prints fine. When I go out on firefox the print (full screen view for printer) is shown. I select on the print Icon and when it comes out it is about a 1/6 of the page and that 1/6 is only 1 1/2" X 4" (this just start within 4 to 6 months). I have went and printer on 4 to 6 different sites and they are all the same. I also tried my laptop (using windows XP) and it work fine. Any suggestions would be help fule.

You reset the entire Profile, rather than only the printer prefs as I advised.

That being said, resetting the entire Profile shouldn't have affected your bookmarks in any manner. Could it be that your Bookmarks Toolbar is just hidden from view? Firefox button > Options = is the Bookmarks Toolbar check-marked?

Or is the Bookmarks Toolbar present, but has no Bookmarks on it?

The suggestions you gave did not work. However under trouble shooting information there was a box in the right hand side that reset everything. It work for the printing however I do not have my bookmarks bar. How do I get the bookmark bar back with the help key?

It's weird that a reset would affect the bookmarks bar...

  • Click the orange Firefox button
  • Go to View > Bookmarks Bar to restore it...

Another way would be to press the ALT key then go to View > Toolbars > Bookmarks Bar
