How can I disable or DELETE this start up website (http://www.alnaddy.com), please I need HELP!!!

My problem is simple... I have this website come up every time when I start firefox (http://www.alnaddy.com) What I do is, I block this website and forcefully it comes back again, also I used some antivirus programs and it didn't work
can someone please may help me with this issue, I will be extremely thankful... thank you

You can check the target line in the Firefox desktop shortcut (right-click: Properties) to make sure that nothing is appended after the path to the Firefox program.

Try restore your home page:
Or go to about:config search for browser.startup.homepage change its value to:
about:home - default page about:blank - a blank page URL - a page that you want

I change the target line to:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" www.google.com I was suffered from this website but it doesn't start up anymore.
