why cant i use grammarly options anymore on firefox? i cant correct anything or upload anything

i cannot paste any document. i cannot download any document. i cannot clear any document. i cannot check for errors and plagiarism. basically, it opens the grammarly editor and nothing happens after that. kindly help.
