I just switched my internet provider to comcast/xfinity and I cannot get rid of the xfinity homepage, what must I do?

hello pineconewrangler, please install the search reset addon - it will revert the most common customizations like the homepage in firefox back to the default: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/searchreset/

or manually set any homepage of your choosing: How to set the home page
