I get this error when trying to access my Wild Tree web site

http://resources.wildtree.com/MyWildtree/RepLogin.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fmywildtree%2fMain.aspx

I can log in just fine to the main page, but then they make you log in again as you go deeper into the site for Security reasons. But when I log in the 2nd time, I get the above error. Help

Hi almk05,

Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support. I am sorry to hear about the login issues. There are some helpful tips for password management in Firefox. I am curious if the second page does not allow passwords to be remembered. Try these troubleshooting steps for the password options in Firefox : Fix login issues on websites that require a username and password

If the first page you logged in has a different url than the second page, the saved password may not auto-populate. If the login is different, please check with your administrator for a password reset.

Looking forward to your response, so we can assist you further.

Regards,

Rachel

This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked (check the permissions on the about:permissions page).

Note that you may have to enable third-party cookies for that domain or for visited sites.

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If clearing cookies doesn't work then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
