I keep getting requests to upgrade to Firefox 25, but then It says it is not compatible with Kapersky. Other Questions. How can I talk with a real person?

I keep getting pop-ups on my screen to update but it always says it is not compatible with Kapersky, which I did just update. That makes me nervous. Also, is Adobe part of Mozilla? I cannot seem to update that. However, it seems as if I cannot download any videos at all and a lot of pictures. I'm not that computer savvy and it's frustrating to try navigating through all of this.

You should update to Firefox 25.0.1. Kapersky's actual anti-virus doesn't run in Firefox so it will still run, the only thing that will be disabled will e kapersky's mostly useless Firefox add-on. Remaining on old versions of Firefox actually does leave you vulnerable to security issues.

Adobe is not a part of Mozilla. You can go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to install Flash (don't include any other software)
