I click on a hyperlink and it keeps opening up another tab with junk on it instead of opening the hyperlink, how do I fix?

Posted

Sometimes when I close the second tab that opens with junk... the hyperlink will then work on the original page... but sometimes it never lets me open up the original hyperlink...it keeps opening up another junk tab.
