When watching a video on youtube and then you press on YOUTUBE logo or make a search, the sound from the previous watched video keeps playing.(i'm in safe mode)
This happens only in firefox and it happens in normal mode(aka with add-ons) and in safe mode.

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.
Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.
To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.
The only thing that's not up to date it's adobe acrobat reader. That's not the cause >_>
Sounds like a problem with the plugin-container process that isn't responding in time when you press stop.
You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:
- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
Still no fix,+ updated graphic card driver.
