How do I give you feedback to help maintain FF functionality???? No quick link on your webssite - or I am blind!!
In the last 2 days I have been updated to version 24 (I am on the "update" channel). Since then I am getting many (6 in the last 12 hours of operation) "Well this is embarrassing" messages. The restore session works fine. Also my home page now includes the 3 pages I use most frequently - not a major problem but inconvenient.
I am giving you this feedback only because I LOVE FIREFOX - have used it exclusively for the last 8 + years so I hope this helps

Are you saying that Firefox just disappears unceremoniously and you get the embarrassed page when you restart Firefox, or Firefox restarts itself? Both of those would be unusual.
If Firefox is crashing, it may be recording valuable diagnostic information that volunteers could try to help you interpret. This article describes how to submit crash reports, and how to provide links here so volunteers can see them: Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly).
Also, as of last week, there were severe compatibility issues with Norton add-ons. Unless there was an update to the software since Friday, you should disable them here:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
You might also consider disabling Firefox's use of hardware acceleration of graphics. Firefox and graphic card driver updates can trip previously unnoticed incompatibilities that lead to anything from display glitches to blue screens of death.
You will need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"
Hopefully that will help.

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. (You'll need to be on the latest version of Firefox to submit feedback). Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.
Does not address the problem. I merely want to inform developers, s/w writers and mozilla.org of a possible glitch in the latest version (24.0). Wheter they listen to me is a decision for them - but provided I have informed them (you - who-ever makes changes to updates or sorts glitches) I am content that I have made a small contribution.
And YES I do know it might be me. my set up or my fault!!

When you submit a glitch to the Firefox feedback team, they will sort it into the appropriate category and the problem will be addressed.
When you send them a glitch, please mark it with a sad face.

Thanks for replies so far. Today I am "off the radar" but hopefully tomorrow or Saturday I will answer jshr2000 - especially as I use Norton Internet Security with a couple of addons. Will also review crash reports and submit.
Yes FF crashes unceremoniously and then comes back with the "well this is embarrassing" page. I click to restart all and "off we go again".
Will submit more answers when I am free. Thanks to all so far

In view of the helpful responses I updated Norton Internet Security to the latest version 21.0.2.1 and since then 24 hours - no problems. The problems before that occurred even though on update to Mozilla 24.0 the addons (Nortn Toolbar etc) were disabled. So now all ok and thanks to all for pointing me in the right direction
