I upgrade to version 22.0 and my toolbar Firefox button no longer starts the browser. This also happens after microsoft upgrades some new security upgrade. I do believe microsoft is trying to sequester your browser usage..

Please update to Firefox 22, then Reset Firefox Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
