Disable you antivirus and let's see if it is being downloded

I disabled my anti-virus and firewall. This did not solve my problem. I even did a complete recovery on my computer, re-installed everything. I did get it on internet explorer, but it WILL NOT install on Firefox. Firefox tells me the download is corrupt, the intertubes are broken. Please help if you can. Thanks very much.
