The web page covers whole screen. I cannot get out of Firefox, unless I Force it to close. I do not see the Help button. So I am not able to go to Troubleshooting info

Apologies for the delayed response.

Firefox has a full screen mode. You can switch between full screen and normal mode using the F11 function key.

If you do not have an F11 function key, try sliding your mouse all the way to the top and right-clicking (or Mac equivalent) to get a small context menu to exit full screen mode.

If that doesn't work, you could try Command+n to open a new normal window. Then close the full screen window using Command+w.

Any luck?

On Mac you can toggle full screen mode via command+Shift+F.
