firefox won't let me into Wells Fargo online banking

After I sign in to Wells Fargo online banking I get the screen that says "your online security is important to us, Please wait while we verify your identity" and it wont go beyond that screen. I am able to access my account with "internet explorer" and on my Ipad but not on my P.C. The problem seems to be in Firefox. This is the only prob. I have run into with your service.

This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that aren't send or otherwise blocked.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If clearing cookies doesn't work then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
